Turn scattered data into clear decisions

Ecommerce dashboards usually stop at orders and revenue. Ad platforms can over-credit sales because they rely on limited data. Cost data often lives somewhere else entirely.

That leaves profit scattered across dashboards and spreadsheets. Product costs, refunds, shipping, payment fees, fulfilment, fixed monthly costs, and custom costs all change what your store is actually earning.

Kiito connects your order, ad, and cost data, matches ads to actual store orders, and shows actual profit across products, campaigns, ads, keywords, shipping methods, payment methods, and more. Make decisions from one profit view instead of rebuilding the answer in spreadsheets.

Revenue tells you what sold. Kiito shows what you actually earned — and what deserves your attention before the bank account tells the story.

Know where your next ad dollar should go

Ad platforms can over-credit sales because they rely on limited data. And last-click attribution can give all the credit to whichever channel appeared at the end of the journey.

Kiito links actual store orders to the ads and traffic sources that contributed across multiple visits, then subtracts the costs behind those orders. See which platforms, campaigns, ads, and keywords create profitable demand, which ones help customers return, and which ones only look successful inside their own platform.

Stop scaling from platform-reported ROAS and last-click attribution alone. See which campaigns create profitable demand, which channels assist the sale, and where your next ad dollar should go.

What changed when Zaint looked beyond ad platform reports

Before Kiito, we mostly relied on CPA, ROAS, and the profit numbers shown in different analytics tools. The dashboards made it look like we were making money, but the actual business results did not match that.

Kiito showed me what was really happening. The ad reports were incomplete, and even the performance they did show could be skewed, with ROAS overstated by different amounts depending on the platform. Once we looked at real profit after ad spend, product costs, refunds, shipping, fees, and fixed monthly costs, it became clear that we were not as profitable as the dashboards made it seem.

That changed the decisions we made. Kiito showed which ads and keywords were actually profitable, which shipping methods were quietly eating margin, and whether our marketing spend was enough to cover fixed costs. We paused poor ads and search keywords, moved spend toward the ones that worked, and adjusted shipping prices and defaults based on true delivery costs.

Since using Kiito, Zaint’s profit margin has grown to roughly twice its previous level.
